Security Manager & Evangelist.

About the Speaker: Vandana is an infosec professional with experience of over 11 years in the industry, with focus on Incidence Response and Cloud Security. She is a moderator for InfoSec Girls and the Lead for OWASP Women in Appsec (WIA) initiative. She’s passionate about driving women participation in overall infosec. She was also part of a workshop on OWASP for Kids at c0c0n 2017 at Kochi, Kerala where around 230 kids participated and learned about safe internet, programming, hardware disassembling and soldering. She is also the winner of WINJA CTF at Nullcon 2015.
Second Speaker: Tanya Janca @SheHacksPurple – Appsec Evangelist, Ethical Hacker, Speaker, Teacher, Coder OWASP DevSlop.

About the Speaker: Tanya Janca is a senior cloud developer advocate for Microsoft, specializing in application security; evangelizing software security and advocating for developers through public speaking, her open source project OWASP DevSlop, and various forms of teaching via workshops, blogs and community events. About the Speaker: Debra O. is a Security Practictioner with over 6 years of experience in IT risk assurance and  experience spanning enterprise security assessments, penetration testing, social engineering testing, cyber security maturity assessments and IT audits for companies within technology, financial and energy industries.

  2. Will the webinar be recorded as I will be using my lunch break (only 1 hour)?
    I’m also about to sign up and hope it’s not too late!

    • The webinar is open to all women in cyber security, there’s no division. Its the initiative that’s hosted by an African community
